If we are doing highlights, balayage, or any type of full color service, clean hair is best. If we are doing on-scalp bleach, it is best you come in with unclean hair, preferably a couple days unwashed to ensure there is no irritation to the scalp.

It is recommended to get a trim, or as we hairdressers call it, a “dusting,” every 3-6 months to keep your hair healthy and promote growth. For conditioning treatments, it is best to get one every 4-6 weeks to restore moister and repair damage caused by thermal or environmental factors.
